A previously generated FTP account is missing in cPanel (no ftp accounts are displayed in cPanel) yet when I try to re-establish the ftp account I receive a "An account with that login already exists".

Hello jrc2002,

Thank you for your question regarding FTP. I logged into your cPanel and was able to see several FTP accounts listed.
I also created a new test account, and left it there so you can see it. Feel free to delete this account.

If you are still not seeing the FTP accounts, I recommend clearing your cache, restarting your browser, or contacting tech support.

They are available 24/7 via:
Email: support@webhostinghub.com
Phone: 877-595-4482 x2
&
Chat (there is a link on the top right).

If you have any further questions, feel free to post them below.
Thank you,

-John-Paul
