How do I reset the cPanel password

This may be a stupid question but I can't seem to find any link to reset my cpanel password. It says my username is carson15 which I never remember setting up. Is there any way we can reset this manually?

I'm sorry you had trouble finding the cPanel password reset. In AMP, the cPanel reset can be found on the Account & Billing Details page. For step-by-step instructions, please see our article on how to reset your cPanel password from AMP. Your user name is created automatically by the system when your account is set up. I'm sorry but we can't change the cPanel user name assigned by the system.
