I am moving a client from another host to WHH. I have been given MX records to enter and they have specified TTL values. I don't see a way to enter this in Cpanel. Is there another way?

Hmm, it looks like the MX records are actually at 14400.

Hi Gus,

I'm sorry but the TTL values cannot be altered through cPanel. That setting is something we would need to take care of for you.

The default TTL on MX records is 86400 seconds (24 hours). If you need a different TTL set for a domain, please feel free to send an email requesting that change to support@webhostinghub.com (please be sure to included either your AMP password or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for verification). We'll be happy to make that change for you.

I hope this information helps!

Thank you,

Christi N.
