I cannot log into my cPanel

I've tried loggin into my cPanel for days but it keeps denying me. I've changed the password and it still doesn't allow me to log in.

Apologies for the problems you've been having. I submitted the issue to our systems department who corrected it. You should be able to login to your Cpanel now. If you continue to have the problem, please let us know immediately.
