I cannot login to the cPanel

Good afternoon,

I'm writing to you because I cannot login to my cPanel.
I've already reset the password, but when I try to enter, I always get an error message saying "Login attempt failed".
What am I doing wrong?

Hello Nadia,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the Cpanel login. I unfortunately cannot tell what you're doing when you login, so I cannot determine what may be happening upon your attempt. I'll give you a link on logging into the cpanel and some suggestions:

1) Make sure you're using the User name provided in AMP - NOT the email address - the Cpanel login name is not something that you generated.
2) The password for the login is case sensitive - make sure you're using capital letters if you have them in your password.
