logging into cpanel

Hello,
I keep getting a password error when I try to log in to the cpanel, following the link from AMP. I have reset the password. I am quite sure I am not using the wrong cases. I wonder can you help?

Hello JakiikaJ,

You need to make sure that you are using the user name provided for Cpanel and not your AMP login user name. If you're still having problems with it, then your best bet is contact lives support via chat/phone/email. Login information should be kept private and answers given in the Support Center are open to the public.
