No 'reset password' link in AMP

I forgot my cpanel password. No biggie - I searched support and found this page:

http://www.webhostinghub.com/support/website/website-troubleshooting/lost-cpanel-password

I tried to follow the instructions, but under my 'active subscriptions' there is no link for 'reset password.' I can't find any other articles listing alternate ways to reset my password. What's going on?

Hello jfslocum,

I am not showing an active cpanel account under your account, only a domain only account. That is why there is no link to reset the password in the AMP.

Domain only AMP accounts let you only manage the information on the domain as well as billing information.
