Trouble logging into cPanel

I have a password - I go to AMP and all is ok, but when I go to cPanel, than appear "incorrect password"

Hello ongssf,

I'm sorry you're having trouble logging into cPanel. Are you trying to log into cPanel through AMP or the cPanel URL? If the URL you are using is yourdomain.com/cpanel, please try logging into cPanel through AMP or through the Temp Control Panel link (shown in your account's Technical Details in AMP). For example, if your account is on whub28.webhostinghub.com, you can log into cPanel through:

http://whub28.webhostinghub.com/cpanel

Once you have pointed your domain to our Nameservers and allowed 4-24 hours for DNS to propagate, then yourdomain.com/cpanel will work for logging into cPanel.

Finally, if you need to change your cPanel password, you can reset your cPanel password through AMP.
