Updating awstats question

<p>hello, my statistics is not updating since dec 23 http://www.artemova.com/proofs/8a.png Why? I want to look (update) statistics every hour, but if yours hosting is named this as invalid, i do agree to know statistic every day. I cannot make so questions because this service is added to my plan, or not? Why logaholic is not connected to my account? I did tested yours hosting cpanel (demo) until paid and logaholic is very important for my reason for sites hosted to server of yours company. Thank you for your question, I understand your frustration. I was able to update your stats manually, and they are now showing the latest information.

In a shared hosting environment, running stats can be very resource intensive, which is why this occurs. We have been working on a long-term resolution to this issue.

In the meantime, I would recommend using a 3rd party statistics program, such as Google analytics. It is free and provides more in-depth statistics, often accurate within 3 hours.
