Why can't I log into the Builder section of the control panel?

I need to add more text and images, but for someone reason it says that my login and password is invalid.

Hello Veronika,

I do see you have the builder activated for your account. If the password has ceased to work, you may simply reset it via your AMP (Account Management Panel).
