I am trying to help a nonprofit finish setting up their site. They had installed Premium Website Builder and added some pages that need content. But I don't see them in the public_html folder of the cPanel file manager. Can someone explain the relationship between cPanl and Premium Website Builder?

Hi kayeb,

Thank you for your question regarding files created with the Premium Website Builder. It sounds like the files have not been published from the Premium Website Builder. The builder is actually on a separate server and until the site is published the files will not be in the cPanel File Manager.

To add content to the pages, you will want to log into the builder account instead of cPanel. Once you have added the content to the pages in the builder and publish the site, the pages would be in the public_html folder in File Manager. Please keep in mind that even after publishing the files, if you want to make changes to the site, you will want to log into the builder and publish the site again after making changes.

Please let us know if you have any questions or need any additional assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
