The server is not showing a history of being down. It would be dfu I also don't see a history of the migration on the server. If you can give us some more specific information on the sites that are being affected, then we could check into it a bit further. Your ticket with Systems regarding the move should also have more detail. When I test your websites with both the primary domain name and the URL there doesn't appear to be a problem at this point.
If want to move your servers to a specific location, then you will need to submit an emailed request complete with verification information (last 4 digits of the CC on the account or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password).
