I received any email about a month ago saying my websites were being migrated to another server. Since then the downtime has started to increase quite alot.

First it was just for a couple of minutes every few days but now it has gone down for about four minutes. Please can I move back to the other server as up until I received that email I had no problems and have been with webhostinghub for over a year now.

If you need an URL of one of my sites it is http://rosequartzmeaning.org

Thanks

PS the error message is either "cannot connect to database" or something similar, Has happened at least once everyday for the last three days now.

This is the same problem as previous problem as listed in the previous message. The site is running at this time and we need more detail to continue work on the problem.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.
