error while importing database in phpmyadmin

initially when tried to import database, an error ocurred....
"you probably tried to upload too large file"
when i increased the following values...another error ocurred..
max_evecution_time = 60
max_input_time=90
memory_limit=128
upload_max_filesize =128
post_max_size=16

and the error which appeares after this..


sql query:
-
-database "Information_Schema"
-

create Database 'Information_Schema'
DEFAULT CHARACTERSET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci;

mysql said:
#1044 - Access denied for user 'root '@' localhost' to database 'information_schema'

Hi khushi,

The error message you are receiving can be caused by numerous things. If you are hosting your website on a hosting provider that offers cPanel, such as Web Hosting Hub, the problem is caused by the fact that you can only create databases within cPanel. If the file you are trying to import has a line similar to:

create Database

... the import will fail.
