I'm getting a database connection error

After trying to access my site at taracaimi.com (hosted by webhosting hub) and getting the following error several times, "Error establishing a database connection," the site now seems to be incredibly sluggish. Is there a problem on the host's end?

Hello taracaimi,

I checked the server that houses your account and it does appear there was a temporary heavy load on that server. It does seem to be passing now, so your site should be increasing back to normal speed.
