Hello ndhami,

I'm sorry you're having trouble connecting to the database. The MySQL hostname for software installed on your account will be localhost. While checking into this for you I found that your domain is not yet pointed to our Nameservers, so the error you are seeing on your domain is actually an issue at your previous host. I also see that you have installed WordPress in your Web Hosting Hub account. WordPress is domain specific, so until your domain is pointed to our Namesrvers, you will want to set up WordPress to work through your temporary URL.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
