Change A records and CNAME records

My website server tells me that my account with webhostinghub does not appear to have the required abilities to change my domain's DNS Zone ( A, CNAME) Records.

Is this true?

Hi V,

There are certain DNS records that cannot be edited through the Simple DNS Zone Editor in your cPanel (e.g. CNAME records for mail, www, cPanel, A record for your domain). If you wish to make changes to a DNS record that you do not have access to in the Simple DNS Zone Editor, we will be happy to make those changes for you. Please submit your request via a verified email (include either the AMP password or last 4 digits of the credit card on file) to support@webhostinghub.com. Please be sure to include the domain to be modified and details on the records that need to be change.
