URGENT!!! I am trying to re-direct my old site: brightangel.cn to my new domain here brightangelfund.com on webhosting.hub. I read the only changes required would be changing the NS addresses. However, my tech support there insisted that they should change the IP address on their A record and so I gave them my IP address. Now I am getting 403 forbidden error as below. I would like to make sure if I did this correctly. Please

Hello Domain,

Thank you for your question. The issue was simply with the root directory you had set for the addon domain. I have adjsuted it so that it points correctly. The 403 error was an additional security setting you have set. I left that alone as it has no effect on the addon now that it is pointing properly. I tested the site and am seeing the webpage using the brightangel.cn domain name.

Also, here is a link to our article on fixing 500 internal server errors.

If you have any further questions, please leave a comment below.

Thank you!
