I have received e-mail from wmt-noreply@google.com, it reads:

"Googlebot can't access your site

Over the last 24 hours, Googlebot encountered 1 errors while attempting to retrieve DNS information for your site. The overall error rate for DNS queries for your site is 100.0%."

What is the problem and what should I do?

Hello Yzhtea5,

I ran a third-party check on the DNS for your domain and there are no problems. It might have been a temporary problem with the Googlebot not able to hit the site. If the problem continues, then you may need to reach out to Google and ask them for more information. Also, I checked both of the domains that I saw on your account. If Google reports that the error is at the hosting servers, then you should run a ping/traceroute from your location and send it to support@webhostinghub.com for further investigation. Here's a link to show how to run this diagnostic test:

Make sure that if you are sending in this data to include your account verification information in the email - the last 4 digits of the credit card on the account or the AMP password.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
