Hi I'm trying to redirect this blog:

http://poetachuyinrocha.blogspot.com

to my custom subdomain. http://blog.chuyinrocha.com

I already created the subdomain but I cannot change the CNAME record. Please help.

This is the instructions given by google:

Click Domain Control Panel below the domain you'd like to use with your blog.
Click Manage Advanced DNS Settings.
Click Add Record.
In the Source field, enter only the subdomain you want to use. For example, if you designated www.mydomain.com as the address of your blog, enter www in the Source field.
Enter ghs.google.com in the Destination field.
Click Submit.

Hi chuyin5,

If I understand correctly, you want blog.chuyinrocha.com to point to your blogspot URL (poetachuyinrocha.blogspot.com). If you've already created the blog subdomain in your cPanel you are likely receiving an error when trying to create the CNAME under the simple DNS zone editor. I apologize for any confusion with that. Here are the steps to take to set the subdomain to point to blogspot:

First, remove the subdomain in your cPanel
Next, navigate to the Simple DNS Zone Editor in cPanel
If have a dropdown menu available under Select a Domain, choose chuyinrocha.com.
In the Add a CNAME Record fields, type in blog in the Name field and ghs.google.com in the CNAME field.
Click the Add CNAME Record button.

As with all DNS changes, please allow 4-24 hours for DNS to fully propagate.

If you have any additional questions, or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Regards,

Christi N.
