I have a client who currently has their hosting and email with another provider. I need to be able to get them to point their domain to an addon domain on my hosting account, but leave their email unchanged.

What is the best way to do this?

Thanks

Hello maxbrooker,

It sounds as if you are wanting to point the domain to an addon domain over here, while leaving the email with its current hosting provider. To do that, you will want to simply create a redirect to point to the addon on this server. This will have no effect on the email.

I hope this answers your question. If you have any more questions or information specific to the issue please leave a comment below so we can further assist you.

Best Regards,
