I transferred my site to webhostinghub about a week ago. I attempted to follow the instructions regarding redirecting the domain with the previous company to the temporary URL with whh. That worked for a bit, but I noticed several days ago that the site was giving me an error. On one computer it tells me "Network Error (dns_server_failure)" and on another it says "Could not locate remote server". I thought maybe it was just some downtime due to the transfer, but since it's been a while I finally checked today and found that the transfer has been completed. I can't seem to find any settings or anything that I would need to change, and as far as I can tell the files seem to be in the right folder. As I said previously, the temporary site seemed to work fine. Any suggestions? If it helps, my site is supposed to be at www.thekristinnelson.com

Hello Kistasaurus,

I'm sorry you're having trouble managing your newly transferred domain name. I have submitted a request to our Development Team to look into this for you. Once they have resolved this issue, you will be able to manage your domain through AMP. We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience.

In the meantime, I have updated your domain's Nameservers at the parent registrar to:

ns1.webhostinghub.com
ns2.webhostinghub.com

Please allow 4-24 hours for DNS to propagate and the domain to be fully pointed to the correct Nameservers.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
