I recently transferred my domain and wish to move my files to the new host (you guys) from my old host before I update the DNS to point to the new host.
Under FTP section it lists address using my ftp.(mydomainname).com but my domain still points to the old host.
How do I upload files to new host before changing DNS entry? What address and login info do I use?

Hello Darkbone,

You need to use your server's name and temp URL to get to it. I will email this information to you via the account to keep the information private. If you wish for a more immediate answer, please contact live support. If you know your temp URL, then it would simply be:

domainserver.webhostinghub.com/~username

You would replace domain server with the server name and the user name with your account user name (cpanel user name).

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
