Adding a domain

I need to add a domain name and we have a credit for one domain name with our new subscription, but it won't let me add one when I try to do it even thought the domain is available.

If you're having issue registering a new domain name using your free domain credit, please contact our support department directly by either calling us or starting a live chat from the link at the top of our site, or you can submit a support ticket so that we can look into what might be the issue.

In order to submit a ticket, please shoot an e-mail to (support@webhostinghub.com) being sure to include your username, and the original cPanel password of your account or the last 4 digits of the credit card on file for verification.
