how do I cancel my subscription?

I set my account to not auto-renew, but you guys still charged me $100. I cannot afford this, please refund the money (you can cancel my account for the year that you just auto-charged me). I am a college student who needed that $100 for this month's food and rent. Thank you.

Hello Gooddudz,

As per the terms of the hosting purchase, the hosting is a subscription service that auto-renews. You can cancel the subscription by simply contacting Billing or live Technical Support via Phone, Chat, or Email. You will need to verify the account in order to change the subscription status. They verify with the last 4 digits of the credit card or the Account Management Panel (AMP) password.
