I have a Domain Registration that I no longer want. So far I have cancelled my plan and deleted all the files from database. I checked the Domain Management page and see that I do not have any domains to manage. Still in my AMP homepage under Quick Links and Technical Details I can see my old domain address, and I cannot find a way to completely remove it. Do I have to register another domain name to do so?

Hi unazure,

Thank you for your question regarding your domain registration. I see that you've cancelled the registration for your domain. In the quick links and technical details, the reference to that domain is due to it being the primary domain on your hosting account. If you would like to change the primary domain on your hosting account, please see our article How do I change the primary domain on my account? Please be sure to let us know if you need the new primary domain registered or if you already have it registered elsewhere.

If you have any additional questions or need further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Regards,

Christi N.
