Thank you for contacting us. I am not seeing any index file on your account. Is the issue with Dreamweaver during the upload process? I am aware that Adobe had an issue with Dreamweaver uploading some files previously. If you could give the full error message I could check the Adobe site for validation, or you could search on the error message in your favorite search engine to see if that is the issue.
