Hello IBRAHIMALZEER,

Below are the standard settings for email addresses on your server.

Below are the default settings for using an email client program. Be certain to check these settings carefully. Also, when the client asks for a username and password, the username you want to use is the entire email address and NOT the cpanel account username. The password is the password for that particular email account. Be sure to also have your SMTP Authentication turned on.

POP Settings
Username: Your full email address, for example info@ottawalab.com
Incoming Server (normal): mail.ottawalab.com Port: 110
Incoming Server (SSL secure): secure31.webhostinghub.com Port: 995
Outgoing Server (normal): mail.ottawalab.com Port: 25 or 587
Outgoing Server (SSL secure): secure31.webhostinghub.com Port: 465

IMAP Settings
Username: Your full email address, for example info@ottawalab.com
Incoming Server (normal): mail.ottawalab.com Port: 143
Incoming Server (SSL secure): secure31.webhostinghub.com Port: 993
Outgoing Server (normal): mail.ottawalab.com Port: 25 or 587
Outgoing Server (SSL secure): secure31.webhostinghub.com Port: 465

You can also use this article to determine your settings.

Best Regards,
