I cannot log into my webmail

I just created a new email account. When i try to log in using the webmail services it asks me for a user name and password which it does not recognize.

Help please.

Hello Emeka,

Make sure that you're logging into Webmail correctly. You might logging directly in through the Cpanel, and they will cause an issue.

Login to email using something like this:

webmail.domainname(your domain name).com

OR

servername.com/webmail

You would need to login with the FULL email address and password:

emailname@domainname.com
password
