New account email

I have a new account and am waiting for the domain to be transferred. I have created email accounts with the same name at your company but the emails are still being received at the other hosting company. I am afraid to delete that account without knowing for sure that your company will receive my emails. Must I wait for the transfer to be completed before I will receive emails at your company? I hope this makes sense.

Thank you for your question regarding hosting your email with us.

If you don't want to wait for the domain transfer to complete to host your email with us, contact your current registrar and have them point to our nameservers. Then the email will be delivered to our servers within 24 hours. Some registrars may not allow DNS modifications while a domain is pending transfer.

Once your domain has successfully transferred to us, you can easily update your nameservers in AMP.
