Hi, I have set up 3 email addresses on my MAC. They all have the same domain name eg: 1@whatever.com.au
2@whatever.com.au
3@whatever.com.au

1@whatever.com.au sends an email to 2 and 3 (and I can see it in the 'SENT' box) but 2 and 3 do not receive it....and visa versa.

It works fine on a Windows based machine but not on my MAC. I'm pretty sure I've configured the accounts correctly. They were all working up until a week ago. Is it something to do with where my domain name is hosted? or how that's configured?

Hello Colleen,

Without a specific account to test, I cannot answer definitively. However, if the settings are the same on both clients, and it works for one client and not the other, that generally points to it being a client issue.

I would reset the settings on the Mac, even delete the account and recreate it if needed. After that, you may want to either contact Apple support, or even consider using a different client such as Thunderbird.

Thunderbird can also be used as a test client on the Mac to see if it will work on that machine as well.
