e-mail forwarding not functioning

I thought I had configured my account so that e-mail sent to me at hub would be forwarded to my personal e-mail account.I'm getting e-mail fro webhostinghub, but not others. What did I do wrong?

Hello gladned, and thanks for your question.

I took a look in your cPanel and didn't see that you had any e-mail forwarders setup, and just one e-mail account is setup.

You can setup e-mail forwarding in cPanel by following these steps:
