Thank you for your question about emails to you being blocked. We use SpamCop to help prevent SPAM emails coming to our servers. At the time those messages were rejected, the sender's IP (220.127.116.11) was on the SpamCop block list.
While checking the link shown in the email (http://www.spamcop.net/bl.shtml?18.104.22.168) I see that the IP is no longer in their block list. This doesn't mean that the sender of the email sends SPAM, another person on the same mail server could be sending SPAM or a false positive SPAM report may have caused the IP to be entered into the block list.
