I have set up my email accounts, but am not receiving any emails. what do I do?

Hello Susann,

Thank you for your question. We checked and your email is setup correctly on the server and it is functioning, since I was able to send a test email successfully.

The next step is checking your email using Webmail, or an email client such as outlook or macmail.
