Hello JohnSibley, and thanks for your question.

By default WebHostingHub has a 250 messages per hour mailing limit. You can use our guide on how to request an email limit exception request in AMP if you need larger limits.

We also have guides on phpList which is a server side open source newsletter manager. You can read our guide on rate limiting emails in phpList which would allow you to remain within your hourly mailing limits while sending out a large email blast.
