How long does it take for my MX records to point to gmail?

Our domain mail (dental-dvi.org.il) is begin rejected. I set up the MX according to the instructions. It's been 12 hours. Can you please check to see if it is set up correctly?

I've checked again - and the first entry is 0 with dental-dvi.org.il listed - is this wrong or correct?

Hi dentalvolunteers,

I'm sorry you were having trouble with DNS for your domain. Please allow 4-24 hours for DNS to propagate and your changes to be fully functional. You can also use our online tool any time you want to check where your domain is pointed to.
