I can send emails but cannot receive emails

I can send email from my account but when I use my hotmail to send to my hub email address it is immediately rejected. I get a non delivery notification. I use the Hotmail to see if I could receive emails to my Hub acct.

Hello lnpa00,

Thank you for your question regarding rejected email. We would need to review the rejected email to tell you specifically why it is failing.

I recommend forwarding the email to Tech support so they can review the full bounceback message, and the logs on the server.

You can email them at: support@webhostinghub.com

When you send an email to that address it creates a ticket. They will email you back with a resolution after review.
