Hello PRADIER,

I am unable to find a hosting account for you or the domain name within our system, but found it with another host.

Your email records for hotel-cassis.com are not pointing to our server, but to that current host. You will need to contact them in order to get it working correctly.

Some questions you may want to be prepared to answer in order to help them will be:

Did the email account ever work?
If so, when did it stop?
Were there any changes made to the domain records recently?
