need to delete my Horde email account

I am having a problem :
one I have forgotten My pass word
but also I feel that horde may be
causing me a problem as to not allowing into my photocamel.com account[seawolf66@photocamel.com].
everything has been checked and rechecked but I still can not get into photocamel site thru normal channels. IP server has been checked and my firewall and virus
software has been validated, have gone to Microsoft and found a bunch of fix it files and still I can not get into photocamel.com

The domain of photocamel.com doesn't point to our server. Additionally, the domain does not point to us and is therefore out of our control. Currently, they point to the following:

The only way that these name servers can be changed will be to contact your registrar and ask that they change the name servers to point to our server. I'll leave an article that explains how to change the domain. Note that DNS (domain name server) changes typically require up to 24 hour (called propagation time).

Domain Registrations and Transfers

I searched our system for any information on the domain and failed to find anything, so unless you can provide me with any information on the domain (other than photocamel.com), I will be unable to assist you other than to give general information.
