If you are using an email program like Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, then it's possible that you have not set your incoming email settings. I'll email you the setting separate from this response since responses placed are public.
If you're not using those settings, then they will need to be changed in your email client to the ones I have sent. If you're using a webmail client (e.g. Squirrel Mail, Horde, Roundcube, Gmail, etc.), then you should be seeing your emails. I created a test account and sent it to my email and confirmed it as operational. If it is still not working, please let us know immediately. Let us know what email client you're running and email address that you're using.
