I currently have my email with a different hosting company and have created an email with hub. jdavis@domain.com. When using round cube to send a message to myself I receive it in round cube. However, none of my incoming messages are coming into roundcube, they are going into my outlook account still. I also cannot send messages out from Roundcube to anyone but myself. Do I have to do something with my other hosting company? Do I need them to remove my e-mail or something with them so that I can use roundcube with my new account with hub?

Hello Jayne,

Even though you have created an email account on your hosting server, it will only work on that server until the domain is set to use our server as your email. Then it will be used for all emails.

The record that tells the email which server to go to is still set for the other host. Once you point the domain to our nameservers, then your email on our server will take over and be the server that deals with your emails and works with your outlook.

Best Regards,
Scott M
