Hello Mel,

We generally need MORE detail on what you're referring to, but I'm going to guess and see if this answer doesn't help:

In the webmail (or email program) that you're using, you may have selected to add your contact details in vCard format to the message. However, you have NOT chosen one of the address book entries to provide the information.

  1. Click on the OPTIONS folder then select ADDRESS BOOK

  2. Choose "new contact" button then add your contact information

  3. Look for the link right hand side of the page for where it says “Mark this as your own contact”.


After selecting this you will get a confirmation message that will let you know that you have entered your information successfuly.
