I see you are connecting via IMAP, which syncs specific folders from your client with the server. This is how you recovered your received mails, as the inbox is synced automatically when choosing IMAP.
If you also had set up your Outlook to syn with the Sent folder, then they should have returned as well. (This is not set up in Outlook by default as it can cause issues.) If you did not have the Sent folder synced, then the data only existed on your hard drive and cannot be recovered from our servers.
