Hello pona1,

I'm sorry you're having trouble creating an email account. While looking into this for you, I was unable to recreate this issue. I created a test email account (which I have since deleted). Can you please walk us through step-by-step how to recreate the error message you are seeing? Please also let us know what browser and version of that browser you are using to access cPanel.

Regards,

Christi N.
