Hi Team,

When I log in to check email I usually login as the cPanel user and get the following error message when looking at the mail using HORDE: "WARNING! You may be logged in Wrong!
You are currently logged in as the cPanel user.
Please log out and back in with your full email address in order to check your email.
For more information, click here."

If I clik OK and proceed then I see all of the sub-folders under modelgarage@modelgarageberkeley.com and all of the folders in the root directory like "ASCCA ".

When I login as modelgarageberkeley.com/webmail and use modelgarage@modelgarageberkeley.com as the user name and enter the password, I do not see all of the sub folders under modelgarage@modelgarageberkeley_com or the folders in the root directory.

We would like to login as modelgarageberkeley.com/webmail and use modelgarage@modelgarageberkeley.com to see all of the folders. In order to do that, do we move all of the folders we created to the main INBOX? Do we have to recreate the filters for modelgarage@modelgarageberkeley_com? If yes, is there an automated way to do that?

Is there a problem logging in as the cPanel user vs the email user to read and respond to email?

Thanks for your help,

Zena

Hello Zena,

Thank you for your question about logging into webmail. When logging into webmail, you should use the full email address of the account you wish to check email for and send email from. If you log into webmail with the cPanel user name, the folders you are seeing are all of the folders for every single email account, that's why the folders look different between the cPanel user and the individual email account.

If I understand your question correctly, what you will want to do is log into webmail with the email account modelgarage@modelgarageberkeley.com and then simply subscribe to the ASCCA folder. In our article on Checking the Spam Folder Created By Spam Box we have instructions for how to subscribe to a folder in each of the webmail clients. You can follow those instructions and simply select the folders you want to subscribe to (instead of the spam folder shown in the article).

Please let us know if you have any questions or need any additional assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.
