When a message is forwarded to another e-mail recipient, the sender is left blank only when sending through your smtp servers. Forwarding an e-mail through another server works fine.

Hello Ellenohare,

We would need more specific examples, perhaps you can send a copy of a forwarded test mail to docs@webhostinghub.com.

I created a test account and sent an email through our servers and then forwarded the email to another. The original sender information came through with all other headers.

Also, when sending sample data, please include what email client program you are using. (outlook, macmail, webmail (horde, squirrelmail, roundcube))

As t his is apublic forum, we do not want the sample data placed here. Make sure you to contact our Live Support department at support@webhostinghub.com with the information. Be sure to validate your account with either the last 4 digits of the credit card on file, or the current Account Management Panel (AMP) password.

Best Regards,
Scott M
