We are having issues with our email accounts. Our website is friendswoodanimaladvocates.info and our test are not working. If I send a message, I get our instant responses from the Sent box but the email never arrives in our POP set ups. (In other words, I have my email set up to be received on my smart phone.) I am getting an 'unable to connect to server' error messages. Are you having server problems? Have settings changed? I am unable to access mail from the Control Panel (never have been able to because of timing issues) so I can't check that. Suggestions?

Hello Beanne,

According to other technical reports, AT&T has acknowledged a routing issue affecting your server. I will be sending an email to email addresses on your account (which includes a Gmail account). Please respond to that email with diagnostic information requested. This will help us identify the routing used from your location so that we can provide AT&T the information they need to fix the issue. Follow the instructions in the email, then reply directly to it - the email will go directly to our live support team who should respond within 24 hours of your reply. Make sure to also include the geographical location from where you are running the test.

If you have any further questions, please contact technical support or leave a comment at the bottom of the page.

Regards,

Arnel C.
