Why are my email messages taking so long to download?

the text portions load fine in webmail, but downloading any attachments is timing out. Via POP, IMAP, or Webmail.

I'm sorry you're having trouble with checking email. I noticed that you have a ticket open with our Technical Support department. In order for us to best assist you, please respond to that ticket with the information requested (ping/trace results and account verification). Please also include the email address you are checking and password in your response so that we can replicate and troubleshoot this issue.
