Hello mhope,

I'm sorry you're having trouble setting up your contact form with FromMail. While looking into this for you, I tested your form and found that it wasn't redirecting to the thank you page due to the name assigned to the tag for the redirect after form submission. I changed the name on this tag to redirect (instead of thankyou) and the form is redirecting properly to the thank you page.

I also checked the email logs of the server and found that the recipient server (AOL) is rejecting the recipient address with and error:

550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: aol.com

I also received the same error when I tried to send a test email from the server (not from your form). This indicates either the email address is misspelled or there is a setting that needs to be adjusted at your recipient server (aol.com).

Please let us know if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.

Regards,

Christi N.

I wrote a quick PHP script that should handle your form mail.

Here's the link:

http://devonelliott.com/projects/petsrhome/form.php

Just copy the entirety of the page and save it as form.php, then upload it to your server. It should work without further configuration. I have already plugged in your "send to" email address and subject. The form will verify the required fields you specified on the form page and it will validate email address and phone numbers to insure they are correct (this insures that they use a valid email address and phone number, to avoid any potential contact issues due to miss-typing).

Upon successful submission of the form, it will display a thank you message (as you have currently on your own website).

I tested it only briefly and it appeared to work fine with the validation and mailing functions. If you run into any issues with it, or need assistance in getting it working on your website (assuming you use it), please contact me at:
