Can I block email from a single sender

I do not get enough unwanted emails to justify using a service like BoxTrapper, but I do receive emails from a single sender that I would like to block. Is there any way to do this without making it difficult for EVERYBODY to email me?

You can set up a filter in either Webmail or your email client to discard emails from a specific sender. The steps to do that will depend on how you check your email.
